- No Returns for Change of Mind: All factory-sealed electronics sold by Trishulin Global are non-returnable once shipped. We do not accept returns due to accidental orders, compatibility mistakes, or change of mind. Please verify product compatibility before ordering.
- Damaged or Defective Items on Arrival: If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement. Email: mail@trishulinglobal.in | Phone (Surat): 9023088332. Please share your order number and photos/video of the damage. Replacements are subject to stock availability. No cash refunds.
- Manufacturer Warranty: Technical issues after successful delivery and setup are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Please contact SanDisk's authorized service centers for post-setup issues.
- Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Contact mail@trishulinglobal.in immediately with your order number.
